ookami125	6107846fc9	build: use https submodule URLs instead of ssh ... Switch the three submodules (torrent-peer, torrent-tracker, torrent-ui) from ssh://git@git.cieric.com to https://git.cieric.com so a fresh clone + submodule init works without SSH credentials.
